ABOUT

A contemporary space for movement and wellbeing. Groove is a place to move, strengthen and reconnect.

Supporting every body through control, alignment and awareness.

Our Story

From a young age, Eirini’s life has been rooted in movement. A dancer, choreographer and certified Pilates instructor, she discovered early how the body and mind connect through disciplined practice and creative expression. Her journey took her across Europe, collaborating with dance and circus companies, operas and theatres, and presenting her choreographic works in major festivals and institutions. Along the way, she developed her own dance teaching method, Articulated Dynamics, which she teaches internationally.

Pilates became a guiding practice, strengthening, aligning and reconnecting the body while cultivating awareness, balance and flow. Eirini has specialized in pre- and postnatal Pilates, rehabilitation and injury recovery, bringing her artistic understanding of movement into every session.

And so Groove Pilates was born in 2024, a space to share this energy with others. The studio is designed as a sanctuary where body, mind and movement come together. Every session, is created to empower participants, improve posture and mobility, build strength, and nurture awareness, no matter the experience or body type.

At Groove Pilates, we don’t stop at the physical benefits. We foster a supportive, inspiring community, where every participant can grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to their body, moving with intention, mindfulness and joy.
