Our Classes

Our sessions are designed to meet every body where it is. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced in your practice.

EQUIPMENT

Pilates Equipment sessions are held in small groups of up to 6 participants, using Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and other apparatus. Each session is carefully guided with attention to technique, alignment and the individual needs of every participant.

For those seeking a more personalized experience, private and duet sessions are also available, including pre- and postnatal options. Every class is designed to strengthen, improve mobility, and cultivate awareness — supporting the body while respecting its limits and potential.

MAT

Mat Pilates sessions are held in small groups, with or without small props. Classes focus on body awareness, breath, control and alignment, guiding participants through a continuous flow of movements that engage the whole body.

Each session is designed to improve posture, stability and flexibility, while cultivating strength from within. Classes are suitable for all levels and body types, and can be adapted to support pre- and postnatal needs, rehabilitation, or a more personalized experience.

BARRE

Barre sessions combine Pilates, ballet elements, and functional strength work. Using the barre for stability, classes focus on alignment, endurance, control and flowing movement, activating deep muscles and improving posture and core strength.

Through controlled small-range movements, isometric holds and pulses, Barre sessions offer a rhythmic and dynamic practice suitable for all levels — no prior dance experience required.
